Whole chickens, rubbed with our special rub, smoked for 3 hours and glazed with our Kansas City BBQ Sauce

SMOKED PORK SHOULDER (GF)
Whole pork shoulder, smoked 12 hours

TEXAS HOT LINKS (GF)
Beef and pork sausages made exclusively for BBQ Collective, double-smoked and served with fennel sauerkraut and mustard sauce

Whole turkey breast, smoked 4 hours and braised with a black pepper butter glaze
