Brewers Night with Hop Hideout

Jules Grey of Hop Hideout and Pitmaster Jeffrey Wright of BBQ Collective
Tasting session with Jules Gray of Hop Hideout
Once again, we find ourselves searching for the next great beer and BBQ pairing. Not that there is any shortage of amazing breweries within a 20 mile radius of Sheffield city centre, but these things are not as easy as they sound.  In the little spare time we have, we search high and low for the right partner who brings a like-minded spirit to our events.  So it was perhaps fate (or destiny) that Jules of the Hop Hideout was present at our last pairing event with North Union Brewing Company, and we quickly took a shine to one another.  We knew we wanted to do an event with Jules but couldn’t believe our luck that it would happen on this very instalment of our Brewers Night series.

For this menu pairing, we are taking not only a global approach to our 5-course dinner, but Jules has uncovered a sublime an amazing selection of global old and new beers that we think are both perfectly suited for the menu…and a rare treat for any beer geek.  Given the broad smiles, rolled eyes and red cheeks after the extensive first test tasting session, we are once again really excited for this next event and, as always, have a few tricks up our sleeves!  Jules has not only graciously agreed to curate the beer, she is offering up a “music pairing” too - looking to be another great event, kiddies.

Tickets are a friendly £28 per head for our 5-course food and beer pairing. We will be seated all together in one communal long table to allow for an interactive and lively discussion as we move through each course. We like to keep things intimate so there will only be 40 seats available.

Advance booking and payment only so book now and don't miss out! Email us or call us on 0114 278 1000 to book.
