The BBQ Collective is back this Sunday and is delighted to announce that we’ll also be serving #whampers at the West Hampstead @foodandflea night market during the week from 28th to 31st October. With a full week ahead, we’ve been planning and testing some new recipes no doubt and here’s what we’ve got in store for you …

On a cold winter's day, there is something about a hot dog in a bun oozing chili and cheese that gets men terribly excited. At least that seems to be the case with our fans. So out we went sourcing for the best sausages and buns. We sure got excited when we came across the award wining Frankfurters made by the Kent-based Franconian Sausage Company and cholla buns from Rinkoff Bakery, producers of specialty breads since 1911. No we don't mess around.

Naturally we decided to bring back the chili, this time made with smoked beef short ribs to go with our Frankfurters. And given how quickly our Kansas City Baby Back Ribs flew off the grill last Sunday, the kid stays on the menu with a slight change to the cast – goodbye Thai slaw, say hello to Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread! It’s getting cold so we figured you’d rather chomp through something warm and hearty!

Pre-order your takeaway meals

If you're a fan of our smoked ribs, you can pre-order now on our website. We highly recommend you do as they sell out pretty quickly!

And if you prefer, we can also pack our Texas Chili, ribs, sides and cake as takeaway meals. Simply let us know in advance via email.

Our ribs are pre-smoked using quality cherry and oak woods from Smokewood Shack. They are vacuum-sealed making it easy for you to re-heat them at home.  All you need to do is reheat the ribs (in the vacuum-sealed pack to keep the ribs moist) in the oven at 85C for 20 minutes and they are ready to go! It’s been tried and tested – the taste and moisture are preserved just as they were to come fresh off the smoker.
